What we collect

This website collects personal information in one place: the free 14-day challenge form. It asks for your first name and email address, optionally a phone number, and which of four general goals you are most interested in. It does not ask for, and we do not want, any health or medical information.

If you book a call, apply for Foundation 90, or pay for a program, you do that on Calendly, Typeform or Stripe respectively. Their own privacy policies govern what they collect.

How we use it

We use the details you give us to send you the challenge, to reply to you, and to send occasional updates from Doctor of Strength. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use your phone number for marketing texts.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service, and spam protection may be provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. The website is hosted on Cloudflare.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this page will say so before it does.

Health information

Please do not send medical records, imaging or health details by email or through this website. If you become a client, you will be told how to share records securely.
