What is hormonal and metabolic guidance at Doctor of Strength?

Doctor of Strength helps men 45 to 65 get the right hormonal and metabolic testing, reads the results alongside their training and recovery, and points them toward a licensed physician where treatment may be warranted. Doctor of Strength does not prescribe.

A real conversation, without the shortcut

Testosterone, thyroid, metabolic markers and peptide therapies are a real part of the conversation for men in their fifties. The field is also full of telehealth operations that will happily sell you a molecule and no system at all.

This is the other approach: get the right testing, read it against what your training and recovery are actually doing, and only then decide whether a conversation with a physician is worth having.

What is included

  • The right markers to test, and the reason each one is on your list
  • Results read in context, next to your training, sleep and body composition
  • A plain answer on whether it is worth pursuing, and what it will and will not do for you
  • A pointer toward a licensed physician where treatment may be warranted

What it is not

Doctor of Strength does not prescribe, sell hormones or peptides, or replace your doctor. Prescribing decisions remain with a licensed physician.

It is also not a shortcut. The training, sleep and nutrition work comes first, because it is what makes anything else worth doing.

Where it fits

It comes in during the third phase of Foundation 90, days 61 to 90, and only if your markers support it. Bloodwork begins with imaging and bloodwork review and the markers you are given to request.

Licensed to practice chiropractic in California. Coaching services are provided nationwide and are not a substitute for medical care from your own physician. Prescribing decisions rest with a licensed physician.
